These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3n4n5 ("3n4n5," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://3n4n5.net ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 3n4n5 Platform, including but not limited to gaming services, sports betting, payment processing, account management, promotions, and customer support interactions.

By creating a 3n4n5 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. Use of the 3n4n5 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Identity Verification: You must be willing and able to provide identity verification documents as requested by 3n4n5 during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

To access the full range of 3n4n5 gaming and betting services, you must register for a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3n4n5 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. 3n4n5 supports a range of Philippine-centric payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the 3n4n5 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 3n4n5 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 3n4n5 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 3n4n5 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days following KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirement clearance.
• Withdrawal Verification: 3n4n5 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to comply with PAGCOR AML regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in withdrawal cancellation.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 3n4n5 does not maintain multi-currency accounts.
• Transaction Fees: 3n4n5 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per registered player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet per round or per spin may apply. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period specified in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Right to Modify: 3n4n5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of a promotion, 3n4n5's decision is final.
• Abuse Prevention: 3n4n5 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements, and collusion. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers may have bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activities conducted on the 3n4n5 Platform:

• Game-Specific Rules: Each game category on 3n4n5 — including slots, live casino, bingo, color prediction, sports betting, and sabong — is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the respective game interface or lobby. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before participating.
• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on the 3n4n5 Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as expressly permitted by specific game rules (e.g., certain pre-match sports betting markets).
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, 3n4n5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction will not be paid out.
• RNG Integrity: All RNG-based games on 3n4n5 use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness on a regular basis.
• Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by licensed dealers and are governed by the rules of each respective card game, roulette variant, or game show format. Decisions made by the presiding dealer are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3n4n5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on the 3n4n5 Platform simultaneously.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments to fund a 3n4n5 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 3n4n5 Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 3n4n5.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the 3n4n5 Platform for financial gain without reporting them to 3n4n5 support.
• Laundering proceeds of crime through the 3n4n5 Platform in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 3n4n5 at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the 3n4n5 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without the knowledge and consent of 3n4n5.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security feature of the 3n4n5 Platform.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, user interface elements, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 3n4n5 Platform are the exclusive property of 3n4n5 or its licensed third-party content providers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3n4n5 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on any 3n4n5 content without prior written authorization from 3n4n5.

Any unauthorized use of 3n4n5 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and other applicable legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3n4n5, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3n4n5 Platform.
• Any loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 3n4n5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events outside 3n4n5's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of information provided on the Platform.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3n4n5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The 3n4n5 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3n4n5 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

3n4n5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Request by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more (dormant account policy applies).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 3n4n5 will notify the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe, except where notification is prohibited by law or would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

You may also choose to close your 3n4n5 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days, and any remaining real-money balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method.

3n4n5 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 3n4n5 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the 3n4n5 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3n4n5 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by PAGCOR regulations, court order, or other applicable Philippine law.

3n4n5 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 3n4n5 provides the following responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control of their activity:

In the event of a dispute between you and 3n4n5, you are encouraged to first contact 3n4n5 customer support to seek an informal resolution. 3n4n5 will use reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine procedural law. For disputes related to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the parties acknowledge PAGCOR's authority as the relevant regulatory body and its dispute resolution mechanisms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
